For shorter check-in shifts of 3 hours or less, our rate is $40 per hour. Unlike larger national franchises operating in Des Moines County that conceal agency administrative fees, fuel surcharges, or weekend rate spikes, our hourly rate covers everything—including comprehensive caregiver background checks, ongoing supervision, and individualized care plan updates. There are no registration fees, no assessment fees, and no cancellation penalties when you provide reasonable notice.
